Gollott’s Brand Shrimp Salad

During those summer months this is a quick recipe that can be cooked “no sweat”. Whether you attend a family gathering or a potluck this main dish can be served with no hassle.


5 lbs. wild caught domestic small peeled shrimp (fresh or frozen)
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 stalks celery (diced)
5 diced hard-boiled eggs (set aside 1 boiled egg for garnish)
Salt & pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish

Completely thaw shrimp. Place enough water in pan to cover shrimp. Bring water to a boil, add shrimp, bring back to a boil, add 4 tbsp. salt. Cook shrimp in a rolling boil for 1 minute. Drain shrimp and spread out to cool to room temperature. Combine all ingredients and season to taste. Place on a cracker and garnish with parsley and remaining egg.
